PAYMENT

Your orders at bestcases.eu can be paid with:

Online card payment (Stripe)

For payments with credit/debit card, the transaction will appear on your statement as a paying customer www.bestcases.eu
Types of accepted cards are  (Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard / Maestro). Payment is made under maximum security conditions, without charging any additional fee.


VAT rule:

Countries outside/inside UE will be invoiced without VAT.


SHIPPING

Your order at bestcases.eu will be shipped after we receive the confirmation of payment, through DHL Express or similar carriers.

We will ship the package 24-72 hours after receiving the payment and it will take between 3 to 5 business days for the carrier to deliver the package to your door depending on the location.

DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES THAT ARE DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. Take pictures and send them to us. Once you sign and accept the package, it’s your responsibility. 


REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for CaseLabs products anymore! 
Please place your order carefully and understand the fact that we are selling the last official parts manufactured by CaseLabs as they are.


For all other brands, the refund is accepted within 30 days only if the products are in the original sealed box, undamaged. 
We do not accept open boxes or resealed. 
We do not refund the shipping cost.
The return shipping fee must be covered by the client.
The payment will be refunded after we receive the products back.
