Payment & Shipping


Your orders at can be paid in two ways:

1. Online card payment

After checking out, you will be transferred to our online payment processor webpage, and there you have to check again all the info and use your payment credentials to complete the transaction.
For payments with credit/debit card, the transaction will appear on your statement as a paying customer bestcases.
Types of accepted cards are  (Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard / Maestro). Payment being made in maximum security conditions, without charging any additional fee.

2. Bank transfer

VAT rule:

Countries outside UE will be invoiced without VAT.


Your order at will be shipped after we receive the confirmation of payment, through DPD or similar carriers.

We will ship the package in 24-72 hours after receiving  the payment and it will take between 3 to 5 business days for the carrier to deliver the package to your door depending on the location.

DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES THAT ARE DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. Take pictures and send them to us. Once you sign and accept the package, it's your responsibility. 


We do not offer refunds for CaseLabs products anymore! 
Please place your order carefully and understand the fact that we are selling the last official parts manufactured by CaseLabs as they are.

For all other brands the refund is accepted within 30 days only if the products are in the original sealed box, undamaged. 
We do not accept open boxes or resealed. 
We do not refund the shipping cost.
Return shipping fee must be covered by the client.
The payment will be refunded after we receive the products back.
