PAYMENT

Your orders at Punkt NET's bestcases.eu can be paid in two ways:

1. Bank transfer

After placing the order you will receive an e-mail with order details including the products you have bought and the total value of them. You should access your online bank account and make the transfer with this credentials:

Your order will not ship until we receive the payment.


IMPORTANT!
Please make sure that you are covering all bank transfer costs/fees (use OUR commission for Bank Transfer). Contrary we will not dispatch your order until we receive full amount.

2. Online card payment

After checking out, you will be transferred to our online payment processor webpage, PlatiOnline.ro and there you have to check again all the info and use your payment credentials to complete the transaction.
For payments with credit/debit card, the transaction will appear on your statement as a paying customer bestcases.
Types of accepted cards are  (Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard / Maestro). Payment being made in maximum security conditions, without charging any additional fee.

SHIPPING

Your order at Punkt NET's bestcases.eu will be shipped after we receive the confirmation of payment, through DPD or similar carriers.

We will ship the package on the same day we will receive the payment and it will take between 3 to 5 business days for the carrier to deliver the package to your door depending on the location.

DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES THAT ARE DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. Take pictures and send them to us. All shipments are insured and we can recover any damage cost but only if you are not accepting the damaged packages. Once you sign and accept the package, it't your responsibility. All other technical issues, if any, can be solved by contacting CaseLabs directly.

PRE ORDERS

For all pre orders the delivery time showed on the product page it's a rough estimate. The delivery could have some delays due to manufacturing or import process. We will notify all the customers if there is any delay of shipping their packages.


REFUND POLICY

When you want a refund for a pre-ordered product you have to cover both payment and refunding transaction commission. In our case the total commission is 4% without VAT from the initial payment.
If you want a refund for your order without any reason given, you have to ask for it in less then 30 days. We will refund your payment minus 50 Euros covering shipping and haneling when the package arrives to our location. Make sure everything is in perfect condition before you ship or else we will not cover the costs.
